Sticker FAQ

Q: Does the price include shipping? Is it tracked shipping?

A: No. the price does not include shipping. Mini challenge stickers are shipped with lettermail option to keep costs low for the customer. This does not come with tracking. You have the option to upgrade to Tracked Shipping at checkout. 

Q: Why are these being released so late?

A: One time purchase stickers will be available the day the challenge is released. You can also join the subscription (doors open on the 1st-10th of subscription months) to order your stickers in advance.

Q: When can I expect my stickers to arrive? 

A: Please note that these are only estimates, and delays can happen. Canadian customers - 10-15 business days due to Canada post delays. USA customers - 5-7 business days. International customers - 15-20 business days due to Canada post delays.
