Shipping Policy

Effective February 1st, 2025

Processing time: the time I need to prepare an order for shipping.  Please see the banner on the main page/ top of each webpage for the most updated processing time. 


Shipping Methods: all Canadian and International orders are shipped as letter mail through Canada Post Lettermail (Tracking upgrades are available at checkout). USA orders are shipped with TRACKED SHIPPING, unless an alternative method is selected at checkout. 

IMPORTANT: 
During the holiday season, I STRONGLY ADVISE you to upgrade to TRACKED SHIPPING so that your package will be insured and tracked, arrive in a timelier manner, and reduce the chances of missing/lost packages.


Canada - starts at $4.25 CAD
USA - starts at $7.00 USD
International - starts at $7.95 CAD


Estimated shipping times (business days do NOT include weekends or Canadian Statutory Holidays)

  • Canada: 7-10 business days (due to Canada Post Strike, this can take up to 15 business days)
  • United States: 5-10 business days (due to the changes in tariffs, there may be delays as the courier and border get a system in place)
  • Europe: 15-30 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-30 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 15-30 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-30 business days
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 15-30 business days
Please note that these are all estimated shipping times based on the postal office I use. Actual delivery time will vary based on location and postal office work volume (ie. delays are expected during holidays such as Christmas and Boxing Day). 

Occasionally packages may get lost in transit. If tracked shipping was purchased, I will submit a claim to the insurance company to process a refund for your lost package.
For non-tracked orders, should there be a case where an order has gone missing, replacement orders will not be reshipped until:
  • a minimum of 15 business days has passed for Canadian orders
  • a minimum of 25 business days has passed for United States orders
  • a minimum of 35 business days for all International orders

Declined/Rejected Packages

If a package is refused or declined upon delivery, the customer is responsible for any duties, return shipping fees, and any additional costs required to resend the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return & Refund Policy for Rejected Orders

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay import duties or any other reason, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover return processing costs:

  • Orders under $50 CAD$7 CAD restocking fee
  • Orders between $50–$75 CAD$8.50 CAD restocking fee
  • Orders between $75–$100 CAD$10 CAD restocking fee
  • Orders over $100 CAD$15 CAD restocking fee

Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, minus applicable restocking fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the refundable product amount is less than the applicable restocking fee, no refund will be issued, but the customer will not be charged anything additional.

Non-Refundable Items

If your order contains item(s) marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable", these items cannot be canceled or refunded. If such an item arrives damaged, please contact us at contactplanitwithstickers@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
