Free Shipping
- Canada: Free Canada Post Lettermail on orders over $60 CAD. Lettermail is not tracked or insured — you can add tracking at checkout.
- USA: Free tracked shipping on orders over $100 USD.
- Thresholds are based on the product subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
- Gift card purchases don't count toward the free shipping threshold.
- Free shipping is currently not available on international orders.

Missing / Lost In Transit Packages
Untracked orders: Lettermail carries no tracking or insurance. Replacements will be reshipped once:
- Canada: 15 business days have passed
- United States: 25 business days have passed
- International: 35 business days have passed
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email help@planitwithstickers.com within 7 days, including photos of the damaged products and/or packaging.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
Applies only to orders shipping across a border.
Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by your country remain the customer's responsibility. They aren't included in your shipping cost and aren't refundable.
Good news for US customers: our stickers and most stationery are made in Canada and qualify as CUSMA-compliant goods, which means they're eligible for tariff-free entry into the United States under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement.
European Union customers: as of July 1, 2026, a temporary €3 customs duty applies per product category on parcels valued at or under €150 (Only tracked shipping packages are considered parcels).
Declined/Rejected Packages
If a package is refused or declined on delivery, the customer is responsible for any duties, return shipping fees, and additional costs required to resend it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking fees on returned/refused orders
All amounts in CAD, based on order value:

Refunds cover product cost only, minus the original shipping fee and applicable restocking fee. If the refundable amount is less than the restocking fee, no refund is issued — but you won't be charged anything additional.
Non-Refundable Items
Items marked "final sale" or "non-refundable" cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Preorders
Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, or until the cancellation deadline listed on the product page — whichever is later. Please reach out at help@planitwithstickers.com for any preorder-related questions.
