Dear Reader Mail Club is a monthly snail mail experience designed for readers who want more than just books — something tangible, thoughtful, and a way to feel connected to a wider reading community.

Each month, you’ll receive a curated set of bookish paper goods to use in your journal, planner, or reading routine, along with a personal letter created to bring readers together.

Beyond the mail itself, you’ll also be invited to a monthly group session — a relaxed space to chat, journal, and connect with other readers from around the world.

Not a book club. No assigned reading. Just a shared experience for people who love books.

What’s included:

• A pen-pal style letter
• Sticker sheets and/or vinyl die-cut stickers
• A specialty stationery item (such as a postcard or bookmark)
• Exclusive invite to a monthly community session with fellow readers

How it works:

• Open for sign-ups from the 1st–25th of each month
• You’re signing up for the following month’s mail 
  
  
• When you sign up, you will receive the following month's happy mail, which ships mid-month every month. Example: When you sign up in April, you will receive the May letter, shipped mid-May. 
  
  
• Subscription renews on the 1st of each month.
• Cutoff for cancellation is on the 28th of the previous month. 
  Example: to cancel before your May 1st renewal, you must cancel on or before April 28th.

• Ships as lettermail (no tracking information available)
  
• Additional items ordered with this subscription will ship separately based on the processing time listed at the top of our website. 

Q: Will each month be different?
A: Yes! Each month features a new theme with different designs and items.

Q: What is the cutoff date to join?
A: Sign-ups close on the 25th of each month to receive the following month’s mail. Example: Sign up by April 25th to receive the may letter

Q: Can I combine this with other shop items?
A: Additional items ordered with this subscription will ship separately based on the processing time listed at the top of our website. Subscriptions will ship around the middle of the following month.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes! You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

The last day to cancel (cutoff) is the 28th of each month. After this date, your subscription will renew on the 1st for the following shipment.

Note: For February, the last day to cancel (cutoff) is the 25th.

Q: What is the community session?
A: Each month, you’ll be invited to a group session where you can chat about books, journaling, and connect with other readers. Participation is optional (but highly encouraged!)
