You can shop with confidence knowing your order will arrive duty and tariff free with no surprise fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you’ll pay!
Based on the latest shipping rules, our products should not be impacted by any extra charges when your order crosses the border (and if a fee ever did appear, it would be absorbed on our end before your package gets delivered).

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I need to pay duties or tariffs?
No. Based on the most current information, our products should not be impacted by any extra charges when your order crosses the border. And if a fee ever did appear, it would be absorbed on our end before your package gets delivered to you.
How long will processing take?
Processing time is typically 1–2 weeks. The latest timelines are always displayed at the top of our website. Please note that due to system-wide changes, occasional delays may occur as we adjust to this new fulfillment process.
Why are orders batched before shipping to the U.S.?
Batching is what allows us to keep U.S. shipping low-cost and duty-free for you. This is the same route as before, just consolidated.
Does batching mean my package will be delayed?
No — once our U.S. partner receives the group shipment, they will be handing it over to USPS. USPS then delivers your order directly to you. It’s the same USPS service we’ve always used for U.S. orders, just processed more efficiently.
